2023 Ipsen ACR CLOSING (excl. CHC) – NEXT STEPS

Dear HR Community,

 

The 2023 Ipsen ACR (including TDPA employees) is now closed but we still have some process steps to address before to call it completed. We haven’t closed the 2023 CHC ACR campaign yet, but we will keep you posted soon.

1- COMPENSATION/JOB CHANGES

# iPeople is now be populated with the compensation changes coming from ACR. They are effective on March 1st (but not visible for the employee before April 1st).

# Global C&B will send no later than March 1st a file by country enclosing the results from the 2023 Ipsen ACR campaign and the 2022 STI payout amounts for sending your payroll instructions.

# The but iPeople “blackout period” ends on March 1st for Ipsen – C&B approval will no longer be required for change requests –  but remains for CHC until their ACR campaign is over.

 

2- HR PREVIEW

You will get access to the Compensation Letters for preview on March 2nd &3rd .

To report an issue send an email to Jacques Beslin & Maria Arroyo with the employee ID + employee name + change requested.

3- COMMUNICATE TO YOURS MANAGERS

It will then be time for managers to share the 2023 Compensation Letters from March 6th to March 22nd .

 

Please download here a Mailchimp template to be send out to your managers on March 6th for communication of 2023 Compensation Letters to their direct report(s).

We are sending it to you earlier so that you have time to manage translation and/or adjust the date in the title if needed according to your local payroll deadline.
