You have still 1 week to go with the calibration phase of the 2023 Annual Review.
Technically, the campaign will be closed on January 12th at 9.00 am CET.
Please bear in mind that Managers and HR won’t be able to modify any more the Overall Performance rating and the Individual Factor % for their employees past this time.
Results will then be made available to Managers for their communication to their employees until February 29th.
Please check your HR Dashboard in iPeople, and make sure all (eligible) employees have their ratings recorded and their status finalized. As of today, we still have :
- 140 employees’ review sent back to managers – waiting for submission
- 47 employees without any Overall Performance rating recorded – don’t leave them blank if this must be “Not Applicable”
- 49 employees without any Individual Factor % recorded – N/A must be recorded for Sales if there is no IF%
- 213 employees with a Sales Incentive AND an Individual Factor % (for STI eligible employees only) – N/A must be recorded for Sales (except for Brazil, Greece & Italy)
- 22 Individual Factor % are not compliant with the Overall Performance rating – this must be changed ASAP
Thanks for your efforts. We need to get this campaign sorted for the communication to the employees and to avoid any data quality issues impacting the next ACR & STI Payout campaigns.
