It’s time to prepare the launch of the 2022 Annual Performance Review!

The information session for Site HR / Talent partners / BHRs was now delivered and the recording is available here.

2 On-line communication sessions for managers are planned on Oct, 25th and will also be recorded. This is a global communication to managers but you may need to adapt the content depending the country or the organization. You will be able to use the recording or organize your own local training sessions.

The training deck is already available on the Sharepoint – HR Community documents.

Please find the Communication template in English launching the 2022 Annual Performance Review, to be cascaded to your population.

• Send a test email to yourself
• Forward the email to your teams accordingly
