Dear HR Community,
The 2022 ACR is now closed but we still have some process steps to address before to call it completed.
1- Compensation/Job Changes
# iPeople has been populated with the compensation changes coming from ACR. They are effective on March 1st (but not visible for the employee before April 1st).
# Global C&B will send by March 1st a file by country enclosing the results from the 2022 ACR campaign for sending your payroll instructions.
# The iPeople “blackout period” ends on March 1st:
- Global C&B is going to release all the change requests which had remained frozen because of their impact on ACR.
- Since now, there is no need for C&B approval on top of your normal validation process
2- HR Preview
You will get access to the Compensation Letters for preview on March 2nd &3rd .
To report an issue send an email to Océane & Mareva with the employee ID + employee name + change requested.

3- Communicate to yours managers
It will then be time for managers to share the 2022 Compensation Letters from March 4th to March 22nd .
Please download here a Mailchimp template to be send out to your managers on March 4th for communication of 2022 Compensation Letters to their direct report(s).
We are sending it to you earlier so that you have time to manage translation and/or adjust the date in the title if needed according to your local payroll deadline.
