Dear HR Community,
As promised, we are pleased to inform you about the new timeline for Talent Review campaign as part of iDevelop 2021. This 2021 Talent Review campaign will take place from April 26 to July 30 and this year all employees and GLT members must be assessed.
As you may know, a new potential model will be presented on April 22, during our Global HR Webcast.
Therefore, on April 23, two 30-minute HR Training sessions will be organised:
– to present you the new potential model (which will be reflected in our Assess Potential process), and
– to cover the Talent review campaign process in iPeople.
