Our Development plan for 2021: schedule reduced to 3,5 months  from April 1^st to July 16^th.  So you can start to train your managers & your employees!

Our Talent review expectations & planning for 2021: 

1. Assess all Employees and GLT members as a mandatory action:
   Assess potential, update succession plans and perform country/local/divisional talent review meetings.
   Talent Review meeting for GLT with ELT peformed on (date to be communicated).
2. New schedule to be updated shortly
