We are in the middle of the Annual Compensation Review with more than 60% of proposals submitted by Managers in iPeople ! Congratulations !
Use the following reports to monitor the budget as HR:
- Ipsen – Individual Increase Budget vs Forecast Spend by Location -> to follow up the budget
- Compensation Review Process Search Employees -> to take action and modify individual increase, catch up, promo and lump sum
- Compensation Review Process View Organization (For BHRs and BHRs deputies) -> to have a view as of a manager

Please keep in mind the following key dates :
- Managers have access until the 15th of February 6PM CET
- HR have access until the 19th of February 6PM CET
Any initiation of data/job change on employees currently part of the Annual Compensation Review need to await the ACR closure.
