As a reminder, information session for Site HR / Talent partners / BHRs is organized on 27th October at 1.30 PM (CET). The invite has already been sent.
As usual, the sessions will be recorded.
We recommend you to organize local training sessions with your managers. The training deck is already available on the Box.
Please find the Communication template in English launching the 2020 Annual Performance Review, to be cascaded to your population.

There are 2 options:
Option 1: Use the template, adjust it if you have minor modifications, then forward the email to your teams accordingly.
Option 2: If you need to translate and modify some elements:
- Create a free account on www.mailchimp.com
Add the template to your profile with the link
- Perform your changes in Mailchimp
- Send a test email to yourself
- Forward the email to your teams accordingly

Dear team,
Could you please kindly adivse if there is performance rating result communication email template to employees since from 1st March, employees will receive their 2020 performance result and need to confirm it in ipeople.
