As promised we come back to you with Talent review expectations & planning for 2020.

Due to the current situation we made the following decision:

  1. Limit the process to GLT members as a mandatory action: potential assessment, succession plans and talent review meeting with ELT on July 2nd
  2. Keep the timing presented last week with a deadline on June 19th

Depending on your workload and business priorities, you may still want to perform the process at your local/division level within the same timeframe.

Please liaise with your Business Leaders and Business HR to decide how to move forward.

Consequently, the second email to Managers on Talent Review 2020 could be sent to selected managers who will assess their employees.

FIRST EMAIL

Subject: iPeople: 2020 Development Plan & Talent Data from 1st April to 31st August

Recipients: ALL EMPLOYEES

There are 2 options:

Option 1: Use the attached template, adjust it if you have minor modifications, then forward the email to your teams accordingly.

Option 2: If you need to translate and modify some elements:

SECOND EMAIL

Subject: iPeople: 2020 Talent Review  from 1st April to 30th of April 2020. 

Recipients: SELECTED  MANAGERS (depending on your Talent review scope)
