You will find attached below an email ready to forward for English speakers (to be sent by end of Feb or on the 2nd of March.
You can also remind your managers and employees that they must set their 2020 objectives by end of Feb 2020.

Option 1: Use the attached template, adjust it if you have minor modifications, then forward the email to your teams accordingly.
Option 2: If you need to translate and modify some elements:
