Dear Colleagues

It is with pleasure we welcome and introduce Janet Wang to join our Ipsen HR community.

Janet will join Ipsen in the position of HR Shared Services Manager – China SC, based in Shanghai, reporting directly to myself and a dotted reporting line to Christine Wang –  HR Head of Cluster for Specialty Care China & APAC. She will join Ipsen on the 9th March 2022.

Janet will continue the journey of shaping HR Shared Services in China SC and play a vital role within the expansion of services to support China & APAC from Shanghai, whilst ensuring we align to a global standard.

Please join me in welcoming Janet, helping her integrate into our HR Community and seeing what a great place of work she has joined by selecting Ipsen to be part of her next journey. Janet brings with her a wealth of experience in HR Shared Services, Payroll and HR Systems.

It is also with regret I announce Frost Han will be leaving Ipsen on the 8^th April 2022 following her handover to Janet. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Frost, the enthusiasm, engagement, and appetite to excel in all she does is something I will truly miss. Frost, from myself and your colleagues at Ipsen, we wish you every success in your next venture, we thank you for all your contributions (they are both impactful and valued) and being part of our team.
