FAQ

  • Have GLT been briefed on WOB ?

GLT members have participated to a dedicated workshop session during the GLT Summit where they could exchange with follow leaders and have full restitution of all WOB. We also sent them the WOB Rollout kit on the 3rd of March with key messages, consolidation of GLT workshop, leader guide and additional Narrative videos. They will be confident with messages but will need your support on how to organize the session and logistics.

  • Does the Communication network have access to this box ?

No, the Communication network have access to the same kit on their Com’unity box.

  • Could I send the Light Graphics kit box link to employees ?

No, the kit in English and French is available on Ipsen Planet > Communication tools section. https://ipsengroup.sharepoint.com/sites/IpsenPlanet/EN/PACC/Pages/Communication-Tools.aspx

  • Is this kit for internal and external use ?

This kit is mainly dedicated to internal communication, please liaise with your Communication local ou global contact if you want to use it externally.

  • How much time do we have to update the WOB on site (Stickers, walls, visuals…) ?

Because of the pandemic constraints, we leave you until june to operate changes on site for the ones that are still in lockdown. for Boulogne site, we will manage changes with Executive assistants network and facilities.

  • How Could I used Forms inside a live Teams meeting ?

  • How can I import the klaxoon template into my account ? 

You need to go in the studio and on the top menu you click on import

  • Do we need to sign an attendance list for France employees (is it considered as a mandatory training?) / Is it recorded in iLearn ?

We will not assign / consider these sessions as mandatory training as we consider them as Awareness session. Nevertheless, in Teams you can extract a participant list that could help you monitor your attendance. The completion of the forms per country will help us also monitor progress in each country.
