Dear HR Community,

As you may know, the way to contact the HRIS Team has changed recently. As of now, there is actually one single entry point for your iPeople & iLearn requests: the IT Portal.

Indeed, it is very important to manage your requests through tickets in order to get a better visibility of all requests, prioritize them and assign them. Direct requests cannot be tracked in our KPIs which may cause difficulties in the HRIS team’s workload.

To proceed, please follow the below steps:

  1. You can access the IT Portal by clicking on the IT Self-Service section at the bottom of Ipsen Planet Homepage:
  2. From the IT Portal, click on “Log a request” item:
  3. Open the Corporate Application tab, select: iPeople or iLearn
  4. From the iPeople or iLearn Service Catalog, select the item corresponding to your request
  5. Describe your request, add screenshots and click on Order Now button to submit
